Through our GIS mapping data, LeadDog provides a nationwide LandClass digital map product for those customers requiring land classification information in vector or raster polygonal format.

Classifications include:

Agriculture, Mountain, Open, Sand, Glacier, Terrain, Urban, Vegetation and Water.

This digital map product is produced from a combination of automatic and manual vector data processes and can be customized to a client's specification.

The LandClass layer is often used in conjunction with our Major Roads & Highways product as a functional and cartographic background.
